Health & Wellness Coaching
I work with women typically over the age of 30 as a health and wellness coach empowering them to meet their well-being and health goals. My method is working with the client to develop sustainable strategies to bring overall health, and well-being in their life. I work in collaboration with client to achieve their goals.
The first step is assessing the client’s current physical and emotional state. Then help them set goals for what they want to achieve in their overall wellness and health by working with them on plans of action to reach these goals. The client’s strengths and values are incorporated into the plan as no one person is the same. Working with me as your health/wellness coach should feel inspiring, motivating, and empowering.
There are many reasons people seek out a health/wellness coach. The reason my clients are typically women over the age of 30 is because this seems to be a time of transition in life for various reasons. I find during this time of transition women seek change and it is often in the area of health/wellness. Maybe they now have some time to focus a bit on themselves. Any type of lifestyle change, such as losing weight, wanting to be more fit, more confident, or even figure out what should be the next step in my life?
I work with you one-to-one sometimes in the office, over the phone, telemedicine, or even in the gym if that is what you desire. We work in collaboration to make a better version of yourself. We climb the mountain together and celebrate small achievements along the way! If this sounds like something for you, I will not disappoint!
